Features

  • Feature Name: The name or title of the feature.
  • Versions: This property is linked with version table to select the specific version.
  • Team: Select the team which is working on the feature.
  • Use Cases: It is linked property with use cases table to select the use cases for feature.
  • Releases: It is linked with releases table to select the specific release for the feature.
  • Priority: The importance or urgency of implementing the feature.
  • Status: The current state of development (e.g., Planned, In Progress, Completed).

 

Tasks

Purpose: To break down work into smaller tasks and manage their completion.

  • Task Name: The name or title of the task.
  • Features: The person or team responsible for completing the task.
  • Versions: This property is linked with version table to select the specific version.
  • Priority: The importance or urgency of completing the task.
  • Target: The deadline for completing the task.
  • Status: The current state of the task (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed).


Use Cases

Purpose: To outline different scenarios or situations in which users interact with your product.

  • Use Case Name: A descriptive title for the use case.
  • Features: Links to the features associated with each use case.
  • Frequency: Choose the frequency of use cases.
  • Purpose: It informs about the use cases nature.


Releases

Purpose: To plan and manage product releases, which may involve multiple versions and

features.

  • Release Name: The name or identifier for the release.
  • Release Date: The planned or actual date of the release.
  • Features: Links to the features table included in the release.
  • Important Updates: Choose the important update of the release.


Data Collection

Purpose: To track the collection of data for analysis or research purposes.

  • Name: A descriptive title for the data collection effort.
  • Feedback: The reason for collecting the data.
  • Files: Attach the files and folders in this column to save them for later use.
  • Links: Write the important links to save them.
  • Versions: It is the linked property with version table. Select the version according to the document.


Expenses

Purpose: To record and manage financial expenditures.

  • Expense Name: A description of the expense.
  • Amount: The monetary value of the expense.
  • Invoice: Upload the invoice of the expense to save it for later use.
  • Feature: It is the linked property with feature table to select feature.
