Website Analysis Dashboard Template

You should definitely use Website Analysis Dashboard Template to track performance if content and website visitors are important to you and your company.

For me, I find myself checking Google Analytics more often than I'd like to admit—almost to the point of addiction—to the point where it becomes a distraction. I'll exit my Notion workspace, launch Google Analytics, and spend at least five to ten minutes examining the data in an effort to gain some understanding.

Actually, a lot of the time this just diverts me from more crucial tasks. I currently have a browser open with a ton of links, distractions, and new stuff to look at.

For this reason, I have integrated my Google Analytics dashboard straight into my personal Notion workspace. Although it lacks some information, it provides me with the major indicators, such as:

  • Total sessions: The duration of a user's active engagement with your app or website.
  • Total pageviews: Number of pages viewed in total. A page's repeated views are tallied.
  • Total users (with a date selection tab that can be customized): The total number of visitors.
  • Total bounce rate: Percentage of sessions with just one page where no interaction was had with the page. The duration of a bounced session is 0 seconds.
  • Total sessions by country: Using the IP address that a user's browser uses, "geographic" reports anonymously identify a user's continent, subcontinent, country, and city.
  • Total sessions by acquisition source.
  • Total Pageviews by acquisition source, and
  • Demographic information: The age and gender of users are disclosed in the Demographics reports. The Interests reports display the preferences of users for different categories of web content, such as TV, music, technology, and travel.

And to be really honest, most of the time, this is all the high-level information I need to guide my strategy, choose the next piece of content or project to work on, and eventually return to the building.
