Go through your list of tasks and sort each one into a quadrant. Here’s how to think about each quadrant:

  • Quadrant 1: This quadrant is designated for the Expensive and Highly Engaging tasks.
  • Quadrant 2: This quadrant is designated for the Affordable and Highly Engaging tasks.
  • Quadrant 3: This quadrant is designated for the Expensive and Boring tasks.
