New Question Button: There is a button on the top left corner just above the table. Use this button every time to add a question to your database. A popup window will appear in the center of the screen on clicking the button.
- Title/Question: Ask a question that will be visible in the table and can be searched easily, edit, organize, and categorize questions hassle-free, saving time and resources.
- Area-Based Sorting: Tailor areas to meet your specific requirements. Make sure your FAQ area is user-friendly by keeping it well-organized and accessible. Effortless Organization; Easily sort and categorize FAQs with tags, ensuring a streamlined and efficient user experience. Sort every new question according to its type, if it is relevant to “Support” then the selected Area should be “Support”. If there is no “Area” available for a specific question type, use the “Add a Group” button at the left bottom to add a new Area.
- Answers: The point of an FAQ is to answer questions, in a concise way that gets the message across quickly. Answer the question directly and to the point. Start out with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ question if relevant and construct your narrative as if you were replying to someone asking the question.
- Screenshot/Media: Upload pictures, screenshots, or files to support the answer. It will help to remember the context of the question.
