How to Use Feature Tabs:

Home Page Navigation:

  • Navigate to the "Left Manu" section of the template.

Home Page Display Sections:

  • Task

This section contains Todays Task entries, and all tasks.

This section displays the active group of projects and their sub tasks.

Quick Action Menu


Home Page “Quick Action” Menu Sections:

  • Navigate to the "Quick Action" section of the template at home page.
  • Click on the buttons to insert a New Projects, New Tasks or New Goals.
  • Fill out the required information onto required fields to add any of them.
  • As you complete data entry the field will displays into concerned section of Home Page.

Creating a New Project:

  • Click on the "New Project" button in the quick action menu.
  • Fill in the details for the new project, such as the project Title, Category, Goals, Due date and any other relevant information.
  • Customize the project page with additional properties, tags, or linked databases as needed.
  •  

Adding a New Task:

  • Click on the "New Task" button in the quick action menu.
  • Enter the task details, including the task name, description, due date, priority level, and any other pertinent information.
  • Assign the task to a specific project or category, if applicable, and set any necessary reminders or sub-tasks.

Setting a New Goal:

  • Click on the "New Goal" button in the quick action menu.
  • Specify the goal's title, description, deadline, and any key milestones or metrics for tracking progress.
  • Attach relevant files, links, or references to the goal to provide additional context or resources.

Access Pages


Access the Menu Buttons:

  • Open the productivity system template that contains the menu buttons for projects, tasks, goals, Planning, and learning.

Navigating to Project Section:

  • Click on the "Projects" button in the menu to navigate to the section dedicated to managing and organizing your projects.
  • Create new project pages, update existing projects, or view project-related information within this section.

Managing Tasks:

  • Use the "Tasks" button to access the task management section. Here, you can create new tasks, assign tasks to specific projects, set due dates, and monitor task progress.
  • Update task details, mark tasks as complete, or reassign tasks as needed.

Setting and Tracking Goals:

  • Click on the "Goals" button to access the goal management section. Create new goals, set specific milestones or targets, and track your progress toward achieving your objectives.
  • Update goal details, add progress updates, and attach relevant resources or references to each goal.

Accessing the Planning:

  • Use the "Planning" button to navigate to the planning section. Manage your calendar, set up reminders, and track important dates or events.
  • Add new events, appointments, or deadlines to your Planning, and ensure that you stay organized and on top of your commitments.

Exploring Learning Resources:

  • Click on the "Learning" button to access the learning resources or educational materials section. Organize your study materials, courses, or resources related to your learning or development goals.
  • Add new resources, update learning materials, and track your progress as you work through your educational content.

Customizing the Menu Buttons:

  • Customize the menu buttons based on your specific requirements and workflow. Add or remove buttons, rename sections, or rearrange the menu structure to match your preferences.
  • Integrate the menu buttons with other sections or databases within your Notion workspace to create a comprehensive and organized system for managing projects, tasks, goals, Planning’s, and learning resources.
