How to Use the Template:

3. Set Targets: Establish specific, measurable targets for each KPI to gauge the success of the strategic initiatives.
4. Plan Initiatives: Develop initiatives and action plans to support and improve performance in each perspective.
5. Implement and Monitor: Implement the initiatives and regularly monitor the performance indicators to track progress and make informed decisions.
