Time Tracker Template

A strong tool for effectively managing and tracking project tasks is the Notion Time Tracker Template. This template makes it simple for users to add tasks, create projects, and keep track of their progress by keeping track of how much time they spend on each task.

This Template is designed to help individuals or teams track and manage time-related aspects of various projects.

1. Projects:

Project List:

It includes a table or list to capture all the projects. Include columns for Project Name, Type, Client, and any other relevant project-specific details.

Status:

Use a select or multi-select property for the status of each project. Options could include "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done."

Date:

Include a column to record the project start date or any other important dates associated with the project.

Total Hours, Total Minutes, Total Value:

Create columns to track the total hours, total minutes, and total value associated with each project. These metrics help in understanding the workload and the value of the project.

Remaining Days:

Use a formula or date property to calculate the remaining days until the project deadline or completion date.

Total Value Label, Total Hours Label:

These properties can be used to specify the units or labels associated with the total value and total hours. For example, "USD" for currency and "hours" for time.


Time Sheet:

It includes a Time sheet as well which have further details of  Linked Pages Home Page, New Task, AI Tool, AI Design Etc.

  • Time Tracker

    It includes Time Entries for the current day. This helps in focusing on tasks and activities for the day. similarly it filters time entries for the current week. This provides a broader perspective on weekly progress. It showcases time entries for the current month. This helps in tracking monthly achievements and goals. Use Notion's calendar view to visually represent time entries. Customize the view to include relevant properties like Status, Activity, Project, Total Hours, Hourly Rate, and Total Amount.

Time Tracker Table:



Status:

Use a select or multi-select property to capture the status of each time entry, such as "To Do," "In Progress," or "Completed."

Activity:

Specify the activity or task associated with the time entry. This could include specific actions or milestones related to a project.

Project:

Link each time entry to the associated project. This creates a connection between time entries and the broader project context.

Total Hours:

Include a column to track the total hours spent on each activity or task.

Hourly Rate:

If applicable, include the hourly rate associated with the task or project. This can be used for calculating the total amount.

Total Amount:

Calculate the total amount by multiplying the total hours with the hourly rate. This provides a financial perspective on time spent.

  • Backend Use this section to manage the backend data related to projects and time tracking. It may include linked databases, formulas, or roll-ups to calculate aggregated data, such as total hours worked on each project.
